The beef that our kitchen team uses in delicious creations comes from our own animal and environmentally friendly cattle breeding. Not only the meat, but also the dung of the animals we appreciate and use on our fields as natural fertilizer. Products that we do not obtain from our own production, we buy regionally and seasonally. For example, you can enjoy organic Tyrolean eggs from the Goggei company and game from the Achental valley.

Sustainability is a top priority for us. In addition to photovoltaic systems on all large roofs and a solar system, we have a 16-ton tank for bio-waste, which is converted to bio-energy. In this way, we keep our energy consumption from ecologically inefficient sources as low as possible.
