Toddler swimming for children ages 4 months to 4 years focuses on learning the frog movement through play, as well as playful breathing, diving and balance exercises. With a parent as a companion, the focus is on getting used to the water and to the prone position as a swimming position. Not only the innate frog reflex is promoted, but also the overall motor skills and coordination ability. The course stimulates body, mind and soul through the sensory stimuli (stimulating to calming) emanating from the experience of water.

Our beginners’ swimming course for children from the age of 4 teaches the ideal swimming position. This involves honing the technically correct breaststroke movement as well as perfect coordination of leg and arm movement and breathing. In addition, the first diving exercises take place. In a smooth transition to free swimming, kids build fitness by breaking down the buoyancy aid.

Directly in our family resort your kids can make the early swimmer seahorse. The requirements for the badge are: A jump from the edge of the pool into the water followed by a 25-meter swim and retrieving an object with the hands from shoulder-deep water.
