The traditional Chinese body exercises release blockages and put you in a state of relaxation and calm. After each session you will leave our movement room full of new life energy.

The gluteal muscles are not only the largest and strongest, but they are also among the most important muscles in the body. Hardly any movement would be possible without the muscles of the body’s center. That’s why it’s even more worthwhile to train them. Our health-oriented strength training focuses on strengthening these muscle groups as well as toning tissue.

Using various meditation, breathing and movement methods, the body, mind and spirit are brought into harmony. Even and especially teenagers enjoy being completely in the here and now during various yoga postures.

As you play the singing bowls, subtle vibrations and tones flow through the room, soothing your body and mind and deeply releasing tension. Similar to yoga, blockages are released and you feel an inner security and unique peace.

In our Stretch & Relax classes, we combine beneficial stretching and reaching with energy work to improve your body awareness and reduce post-workout soreness.
